Aimasiko,
so I’m panting,
I’m struggling.
I’m confused.
I’ve been reaching for the stars,
sacrificing all that I have -
All that I am.
Asking myself one question,
“When will I touch the cloud?”
Aimasiko,
so I’m crawling,
I’m digging.
Wiping the dust off my face.
I keep sowing seeds wondering,
“When will I eat the fruits of my labour?”
Aimasiko,
Time,
All it takes is time,
The only uncertainty is time.
Is it now?
Or maybe tomorrow?
Will I ever dance with the stars?
Aimasiko,
The uncertainty of times and seasons
makes me doubt the reasons -
the reasons for my existence,
the purpose of my living.
But I’ll keep on striving.
And into the hands of my creator,
my life I’ll place.
He is my owner
and the dictator of times and seasons.

I love the title; Aimasiko😄… Was wondering what language it was until I saw the song lyrics. This beautiful piece gives me inner peace. 😌

Time has the Long hand to show me where I belong & the Short hand to show me what I am short of each moment.
I can tell the time but I can’t tell what time; “…when will I touch the clouds,” that, only time can tell.
